She walked off the shuttleport into the blistering twin suns of Tattooine. She shut her eyelids as sweet wind and sand danced across her face. She was a child of the sands and she was home. Her fingers danced over her datapad as she checked her boxes now that she was back in the galaxies. Nothing new, she smiled to herself. No word from Desian, she sighed deeply and knew she would probably never hear from him again. Or was it just like him to disappear only to reappear when she was comfortable again.

She had been to so many planets off world. The outer rims offered her something she hadn't had in quite a long time. Peace. No one knew her, she was given a clean slate.

She opened up her comm channel and set it to Landsend to hear if anyone was about. No familiar voices at first then the angelic voice of Afi. Sweet words uttered from the sweetest of the zabraks. Followed by the warm words of Apann and Saphie chanting “hoocha”. Soon her datapad lit up with messages. She laughed to herself as she made her way into the desert to reconnect with her mother as her spirit had dragged her back in the first place. Then the voice of reason, love and kindness. K'erry sounding stunned and happy all at the same time resonated over the channel. She looked up at the twin suns setting and how their reflection bounced off the memorial that she had created for her mother and started to pray.
